1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of AudioBro.ai (“AudioBro”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated by AudioBro Pty Ltd, Australia.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

AudioBro provides audio analysis, room optimization guidance, consulting services, and software tools designed to help users improve home audio and home theatre system performance.

All recommendations and analysis are advisory in nature and may vary depending on room conditions, equipment, implementation, and other external factors.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the service may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually unless otherwise specified) and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and policies.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period for first-time paid subscriptions purchased directly through AudioBro.ai.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are not generally provided for:

• subscription renewals
• completed consulting sessions
• one-time digital services already delivered

Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the platform, including room photos, measurement files, and related materials.

By uploading content, you grant AudioBro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and supporting the service.

We may use anonymized and aggregated platform data to improve service quality and platform functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• attempt to disrupt or interfere with platform functionality or security
• misuse the platform or related services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Consulting Services

Consulting sessions are provided remotely via video call or similar online platforms.

Recommendations provided during consulting sessions are intended for educational and optimization purposes only and do not constitute engineering certification or guaranteed acoustic outcomes.

Actual performance results may vary based on room conditions, equipment, implementation accuracy, and environmental factors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

AudioBro makes no guarantees regarding specific acoustic outcomes, performance improvements, or uninterrupted availability of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioBro Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
